Mount St. Joseph Girls’ College is a Catholic secondary school of 1,150 students that educates and empowers young women in the charism of Saint Mary of the Cross MacKillop.

The Deputy Principal - Student Wellbeing position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic educational leader to join our College, commencing Term 1, 2023.

The successful applicant will possess qualifications and experience commensurate with the position of Deputy Principal - Student Wellbeing in a College committed to high expectations of all community members and living the gospel values through education and faith. They will demonstrate a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children, the Josephite charism, and the Catholic ethos of the College. The appointee will support the College’s vision and mission and bring with them a broad range of leadership experience and a high level of emotional intelligence.

The initial appointment of this leadership position will be for a period of five years and will accompany an ongoing full-time teaching position at the College.
