Mount St. Joseph Girls' College is a Catholic secondary school that educates and empowers young women in the charism of Saint Mary of the Cross MacKillop.

The College is seeking suitably qualified applicants for the position of Student Wellbeing Services Coordinator, to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the College’s Student Wellbeing Services, while ensuring that structures, programs, and responsive support are in place to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our students.

This Area of Responsibility position attracts a coordinator allowance equivalent to a POL 3. The position commences as soon as possible for a term of three years and will accompany a full-time, ongoing teaching position at the conclusion of the three years or re-appointment to the Student Wellbeing Services Coordinator role.

Applicants are required to hold appropriate teaching qualifications, along with qualifications and/or experience in Student Wellbeing, Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Salary will be in accordance with the appropriate Teacher level plus an allowance equivalent to a POL 3 under the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
