Grace Hesse (Year 8) competed at and won the South East School Clay Target Shooting competition recently, earning her a spot at the State Championship in Echuca on 4 September.

Double Baseball Success

Athena Koulis (Year 10) & Alanah Rose (Year 11) are representing Victoria in baseball for the Barclay Cup in Perth from 1-9 October. We wish them the very best of luck.

Hitting the high in highland dancing

Congratulations to Alice Gill (Year 10) who won the Australian Highland Dancing Championship for her age group and is currently competing in the world championships in Scotland. Alice was recently featured in the local Star News newspaper. Good luck in Scotland, Alice!

Musical Theatre stars

Eliza Pelns and Jessica Blakemore have been starring in local musical theatre productions.

Jessica recently played Queen Iduna along with other smaller roles in the Williamstown Musical Theatre company production of ‘Disney Frozen’. From all reports it was a fabulous production.

Earlier in the year Eliza performed in the musical production ‘Rapunzel: A Tangled Tale’ at the Altona City Theatre. Eliza will also be in the next production in September ‘SpongeBob.’
